OPEN WONDERLAND FOUNDATION WEB SITE EXPORT REGULATIONS

You will access and use the Open Wonderland Web site only in conjunction with all U.S. and foreign export and re-export control laws and their implementing regulations, including but not limited to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and International Traffic in Arms Regulations, where the terms "export" and "re-export" refer to any transfer or release of technology or software or direct products thereof to another country or to a national of another country by any means.

You represent and warrant that You are not a party identified on U.S. or foreign government's export exclusion lists, including but not limited to the Denied Persons, Entity and Specially Designated Nationals Lists, nor permit access or use of Open Wonderland Web Site by parties identified on the lists or nationals countries subject to U.S. or foreign embargo or trade sanctions.

You will not upload to or store upon the Open Wonderland Web Site or transfer via Open Wonderland Web Site any item or technical data that is not authorized for export or re-export under the U.S. of foreign export laws.

You will not use Open Wonderland Web Site for military, nuclear, missile, chemical or biological weaponry end uses in violation of U.S. export laws.

You will not export or re-export technical data eligible for export from the United States under License Exception TSR to destinations or nationals in Country Groups D:1 or E:2 as defined in 15 C.F.R. 740 of the Export Administration Regulations. You agree to provide the Open Wonderland Foundation with information and to complete documentation for purposes of complying with U.S. and foreign export laws.

If any information that You previously submitted to this site should change or become inaccurate, You agree to promptly contact us with updated, corrected, and/or modified information. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in denial of access to the web site. These obligations shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement.
